The outbuildings are still useful to the farmstead, although some repairs are needed.
The chicken coop has not seen chickens for years. The shed continues to be used for storage -- you never know what you will need on a farm.

The garage was brought to the farmstead in April 2009 from downtown. It was placed near the windmill, about where the "Big House" was until it burned in 1933.
